As you know, in addition to our yoga practices we also organize dancing events. Why do we dance? Through our day to day life, we usually stick to more or less repetitive routine. Walk in a certain way, seat in the certain way, unconsciously programing our bodies to only function in its limited capacity. That, in turn, encourages development of energy blocks and stiffnesses. In the act of dancing, we break the patterns of our pre-programmed routines, pushing the energy through the zones, that we use less often, and encouraging the normal flow throughout the whole system. Similar to Yoga Practice, this activity is an important key to keeping our bodies young and full of vitality. So, Dance your heart away!
